10:30am appetizers to include melon skikt, radish and pea bites served with herbed cheese, and a fresh vegetable garden dip

11am our Scandinavian journey begins

the first course takes us to Lithuania for bulvių virtinukai, a potato dumpling paired with a classic beet salad, vinigretas

staying in Lithuania, we’ll enjoy a lašinečiai, a bacon bun, served with stuffed eggs, kimšti kaušiniai

we’ll then enjoy a fresh vanilla yogurt cream with apricots and våffla

our main will be vištienos kotletai su citrinų sviesta, herbed chicken cutlets with citrus butter paired with whipped potatoes and carrots alongside a fresh radish and cucumber salad with a honey lemon vinaigrette

to conclude, our dessert course will be a Swedish mixed berry crepe served with iced coffee
