A box of four savory bacon buns. These savory little bites pack a flavor punch! The bacon buns, or lašinečiai, are made with a soft yeast dough stuffed with cooked onion and bacon. It's considered a national dish of Lithuania and is one of the most popular buns in their culinary repertoire.
My mom remembers her mother, Aldona, baking them during the holidays or for special family gatherings. My mom has continued the tradition and we’re excited to share these unique savory buns! They never last long at our family functions!
Your box of bacon buns will be ready for pick up Saturday June 21st during the midsummer MARKET which will be open from 3pm-5pm.
A box of four raspberry truffles. Wild raspberries, a popular summertime harvest, are enjoyed fresh while harvesting alongside the fields and also prepared in pastries or made into jam for enjoyment during the colder months. These truffles are the perfect combination of tart and sweet and coated in delicious dark chocolate.

A box of two scrumptious cakelets. Hazelnuts are a much loved and traditional addition to Scandinavian desserts and pastries. My mom has vivid memories of foraging for hazelnuts as a child, and her mother would then roast them in preparation for homemade sweet treats such as this hazelnut cakelet. Not too sweet, but deliciously caramelized and a perfect addition to any brunch!
